The raw material in our daily industry is called aluminum ingots, which according to the national standard (GB/T 1196) should be called "Remelting aluminum ingots", but we are used to call "Aluminum ingots". It is produced by electrolysis of alumina-cryolite. After entering the industrial application of aluminum ingots, there are two categories: Cast Aluminum Alloy and Deformed Aluminum Alloy. Cast aluminum and aluminum alloy are castings produced by casting method. Deformed aluminum and aluminum alloy are processed products of aluminum produced by pressure processing method: plate, strip, foil, tube, bar, mold, wire and forgings. According to the national standard "Remelting aluminum ingots are divided into 8 grades according to their chemical composition, which are Al99.90, Al99.85, Al99.70, Al99.60, Al99.50, Al99.00, Al99.7E, Al99.6E" (note: the number after Al is aluminum content). The so-called "A00" aluminum, which is actually 99.7% pure aluminum, is called "Standard aluminum" in the London market.
