In order to enhance the team cohesion of employees, promote better communication within different department, this autumn, on October 8 to 9 in 2016, all staff in the company went to Kowloon Bay Hot Spring Resort Hotel and carried out some outdoor training activities. At the beginning of the activities, the company general manager gave his opening speech. Over 70 employees attended this outdoor training.
The training activities including Icebreaking, Team forming, Da Vinci Code, Challenge No. 1, Indiana Jones and so on. Each group of colleagues successfully completed their tasks one by one. Through this training, all staff further defined and identified with the organization’s goals, to enhanced their team cohesion.
